Arbonaut is looking to reinforce its growing Sales team team with two business developers' positions. One of the selected interns will be a Finnish native-level language speaker.
Arbonaut Ltd is a Joensuu-based technology company specialized in providing reliable and accurate digital information on forest ecosystems. Our services enable our customers to turn high-precision data into better decisions, better investments, and more relevant conservation policies. We operate globally and currently employ around 80 people, representing more than 15 different nationalities. Our customers are mostly public sector organizations, like ministries in charge of forests in many countries, or international organizations like the World Bank.
The location of the internship is Arbonaut’s office in Joensuu.
What to do:
You will support the company’s sales efforts by monitoring public procurement announcements, preparing documentation for proposals, participating in the networking activities of the company, conducting market research, and generating leads. You will assist teams in productization and marketing of diverse services.
In addition, you may participate in fairs or exhibitions.
What we wish from you:
You are a goal-oriented person, open minded, fast learner and interested in teamwork and networking. Preferably you have some experience in sales and have excellent communication skills.
Even if English is the work language at Arbonaut, we appreciate people having additional languages skills, especially Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, French or Portuguese, are seen as an advantage. Some basic knowledge in climate change, forestry, environment or sustainability, are seen as an advantage.
